A Silent Voice Official Fanbook (聲の形 公式ファンブック, Koe no Katachi Kōshiki Fanbukku) is an official dedicated book which contains extensive information pertaining to the Koe no Katachi manga series,[2] as well as other pieces of content for fans to enjoy.

Just under 200 total pages, the fanbook features:
- Various pieces of official artwork and promotional material
- The first and second one-shot (or "pilot") versions of the story, created before the full series began serializing in Weekly Shōnen Magazine
- A dedicated Q&A section where series author Yoshitoki Ōima answers many questions about the series
- Character profiles with additional information and commentary from Ōima
- A long interview with Ōima where she extensively explains many different aspects of the entire manga, including its overarching themes and various motifs
English Translation[]
While there currently isn't (and possibly won't ever be) an official translation of the fanbook itself, Kodansha has translated and included most of the its content in their 2022 English Collector’s Edition releases. The main content that was left untranslated are:
- The character profiles with author commentary
- 32 of the fanbook's 85 Q&A entries
